The British are Coming! The British are Coming!

I went to visit a friend this morning who lives out in the boonies and on the way home I got an unexpected bonus. I found a store called UK Gourmet. It was a tiny little store, but chock-a-block with lots of yummy British delights. Here's what I got:

Dip Dab: Sherbet dip with strawberry flavour lolly
Dolly Mix: (looks like an assortment of gummi/jelly candies)
Cadbury Fudge: Fudge covered with milk chocolate
Milky Way: (described on the package as "milk chocolate with a light white whipped centre)
Cadbury Dairy Milk Coconut Rough: ("Milk Chocolate with Dessicated Coconut")
Original Yorkie
The Big Green Triangle: (and yes, it's a big green triangle; "milk chocolate with nut praline centre")
And last, but not least, something called "Sherbet fountain: Fizzy sherbet with a liquorice dip."

So get ready for some yum yum fun!

I live in the UK, ive never heard of Cadbury Dairy Milk Coconut Rough :o/ but i looove dolly mixtures :o) they're like little sort of icing fondant things. Milky ways is alright not what they used to be. The dip thing and "fountain" those have been around forever they're sour sherbet. brais yourself for the fountain! its a sour fizzy, foamy nightmare.

The wrapper says the Coconut Rough is new, so look around. Maybe they haven't hit your stores yet.
Sherbet seems to get a lot of play in British candy. I can't wait to try it!
